KIN UKON modtager betaling med VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, PayPal eller MobilPay. Alle bel\u00f8b er i danske kroner og inkl. moms.<\/p>\n

DELIVERY<\/strong><\/h2>\n

KIN UKON tilstr\u00e6ber at afsende ordre indg\u00e5et inden kl. 17 samme dag, ordre herefter sendes n\u00e6stf\u00f8lgende hverdag.\u00a0Vi sender til hele Danmark. Fragtpriser er 35 kr. ved bestillinger af et glas. Forsendelsen er gratis ved k\u00f8b af minimum 2 glas Kin Ukon. Varer vil blive leveret p\u00e5 leveringsadressen, der angives ved bestillingen medmindre andet er aftalt.\u00a0Dine bestillinger sendes med DAO.<\/p>\n

Items are delivered every weekday. Your item will be delivered 1-3 business days after ordering.<\/p>\n

Complaint<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Der gives 2 \u00e5rs reklamationsret i henhold til k\u00f8beloven. Du kan f\u00e5 varen ombyttet eller pengene retur, afh\u00e6ngig af den konkrete situation. KIN UKON vil d\u00e6kke returneringsomkostninger i et rimeligt omfang.

Refund<\/strong><\/h2>\n

In the case of a refund, please enclose bank information in the form of reg. No. and account number so that the agreed amount can be transferred. The information can be provided without risk per. mail or other electronic form as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for our fulfillment of the refund.<\/p>\n

Return policy<\/strong><\/h2>\n

There is a 14-day full right of return on items purchased in our webshop.
The period is calculated from that day;
- Where you receive the order.
Gets the last item in physical possession when it comes to an agreement on several different items, ordered in one order, but delivered individually or in several rounds.
Gets the last batch, or last part in physical possession, in the case of an agreement for the delivery of goods consisting of several lots \/ parts.
- The first item in physical possession in the case of regular delivery of goods over a specified period.
Return costs must be borne by you.
Cancellation must be reported to us no later than 14 days after purchase and from cancellation you must return the shipment within 14 days after. The notice must be given per. mail to info@kinukon.com. In the notice, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. If you want to send the item back to us, you must fill in the enclosed Return Form and send the item to:<\/p>\n

You can not regret by simply refusing to receive the item without giving clear notice.<\/p>\n

The following product types are not included in the right of withdrawal:
- Sealed goods which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return and where the seal is broken after delivery.<\/p>\n

Return<\/strong><\/h2>\n

You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal. You must bear the direct costs of returning. When you return, you are responsible for the item being properly packed. You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation in the package. The expedition goes faster if you also fill in and enclose our Cancellation Form. You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery of the item until we have received the return. We do not accept packages sent by post. cash on delivery.<\/p>\n

Refund<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you regret your purchase, you will of course receive the amount you have paid to us in return.
In the event of an impairment for which you are liable, this purchase amount will be deducted.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs due to your choice of a form of delivery other than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), will be refunded without undue delay and within 14 days from the date where we have been notified of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. Refunds are made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We can withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have previously provided documentation that you have returned it.<\/p>\n

A complaint about a product or service can be submitted to the Center for Complaint Resolution, N\u00e6vnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg.
